Does the hotel provide free WiFi?

We provide complimentary WiFi in the lobby and rooftop lounge area. To have WiFi access in guest rooms you need to purchase via Amsterdam Court Hotel landing page; $9.95 per day for 2 devices or $24.95 for a 3 day package.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind equipment do you have? What are the hours?

While we do not offer a fitness center on site, our guests are welcome to use the fitness center at one of our sister property The Ameritania located at 230 West 54th Street, just 4 blocks away. Gym is accessible 24 hours. Just show your room key for access.

Do you have a business center?

We have a business center located in the hotel lobby.
Fee: $5.00 for every 20 minutes.
Complimentary: printing boarding pass.

Do you offer free shuttle services from the airport?

We do not offer free shuttle services.

Do you have an on-site parking? Do you offer a valet parking? What is the price?

We do not offer Valet parking: Self parking at the SP+ Parking just next door to the hotel is located at 250 West 50th street.

$40 for standard vehicles (per 24 hours, no in & out privileges)
$50 for SUVs (per 24hours, no in & out privileges)

I booked through an online travel agent website, other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

You would need to reach out to the booking source directly (eg; booking.com & expedia.com)

Who can I email to request a copy of my bill from my recent stay?

Do you offer an in-room safe for guests?

We do not offer in-room safes, however we have safety deposit boxes service at the reception complimentary.

Is the hotel room equipped with a mini-fridge?

Most of our guest rooms are equipped with a mini-bar with a snack try on top (charged based on consumptions). If a mini-fridge is requested, we can send one up based upon availability.

Do you offer a complimentary morning coffee and tea?

We offer complimentary morning coffee and tea from 6AM to 11AM. Water is serviced all day.

Do you have a restaurant on site? Room Service? Bar?

We have Natsumi Japanese Restaurant & Lounge located on the lobby level serving lunch and dinner they offer 10% discount for our guest just show your room key to the maître d’ and your server prior to ordering.

Lunch: 11AM to 4PM
Dinner: 4PM to 11PM

We do not offer Room Service, however guests are more than welcome to order delivery to their room.

Do you serve breakfast?

We no longer offer breakfast on site, however we recommend the Time Square Diner, on 8th Avenue between 48th and 49th Street. They are open 24 hours a day and offer our guests a 10% discount.

Can I store my luggage with the hotel upon check out? Is there a fee?

Registered hotel guests can store luggage with us for the day complimentary.

Is your hotel affiliated with any airlines for mileage points?

We do not have a loyalty program established as are an independent lifestyle hotel. However, we monitor our repeat and corporate clients where we offer complimentary upgrades and courtesy early check in / late check out (based on business demand).

What is hotel pet policy?

Amsterdam Court Hotel does not accommodate pets.

What is the minimum age to stay in your hotel?

At least one occupant of the room needs be 21 years or older with a valid ID and credit card.
